Cyclic web the underline Reality


There is a cycle in all our ventures and understanding of this can help us in reducing lot of stress from life. Emotion, status, fame, prosperity anything tangible or non tangible follow a particular cycle. In each cycle there exist particular patterns and observing them can awaken us to holistic point of view. Tackling these wavering times is the task and we flounder most of time to manage this. If we are able to visualize these cycles, we are better prepared for seeing the unseen. The results are stupendous as it bring more calmness and tranquility in our thinking and actions.

The best of approach is to learn being spectator. What is happening in our surroundings and other events we must observe them and learn from them and ultimately we can sneak into invisible.

Treating all the people in same basket is the mistake we all make in judging people. We meet all kind of people throughout our life. There are mix experiences but we keep on finding the kind hearted and loving individual manifesting lifelong impression on us. We remember ills created by few of them but ignore to glorify the good done by so many.


We must praise and appreciate if someone has done well to us as this will encourage him to replicate with others. Commending always send positive vibrations to all and ultimately helps in building the positive environment. Negativity, hate, criticism and cynicism are associated with natural flow of our persona and to extol the kindness it demands some efforts.

So let talk about individuals impulsive to demonstrate benevolence as they deserve it. We can avoid being apprehensive about others as all Men are not cruel.

Celebrating Aloofness

Being in system and still not getting attach to the system is thing to be appreciated. We may not able to avoid the ground realties around us related to any aspect of Life but at the same time if we are able to remain aloof in any unwanted facet of our existing surroundings we must respect this.

Someone can comment on it as two-facedness but if we are capable of managing the affairs without much of uproar in around us we can say it’s definitely a reason to be valued. Isolation or aloofness gives us the opportunity to live on our own terms and allow us stick to our values, beliefs without any constraints. We get peace of mind and easily practice the mantra of live and let live.

So aloofness is state of mind to strengthen our individuality where life can be more purposeful without any inhibitions. The understanding is to celebrate the aloofness for the personal gain.

People who are disciplined with their exercise regime are able manage the anger in a batter way . There is a science working behind this logic and very relevant in our conduct. The basic fact is that we can channelize our energy in a constructive way. Anger is nothing but it is one of form of force in our body which erupts in given situation.

The other important aspect is the engagement of mind in particular fashion to avoid the negative influence in our daily routine. Anger is natural phenomena and its presence cannot be denied but exercise is a good antidote to manage the anger. When we are able to harmonize the physical activity with our mind the results are astonishing. As we start challenging our fitness it allow us to control our temperament.

So another benefit of adapting some kind of physical activity in our daily life style. There are tangible advantages and amusingly non tangible gains are also quite substantial.

Conflicting Situations

There are situations in life when we contradict ourselves. May be we are not very clear about our own approach and struggle to evaluate the circumstances in a right way. Differing thoughts engage us in denying the reality.
Conflicting situations are bound to come as there are no easy answers always. This also challenges our set beliefs and thoughts and open our mind to unsullied thinking terrain. Sometimes good become bad and bad look fine and this is nothing but state of mind at that juncture. Conflicts create confusions as we are not aware and sure about the path to be followed.
These are good opportunities for us to revisit our thought process .We get pain and stress in this kind of circumstances but in long term it brings varied experience to deal with the contradictions.
