Success Brings Pain

The glaring example is the life of Michael Jackson (MJ). In all our life we keep on striving for our self defined parameters of success and glory but when it comes we our self are incapable to handle it and as well as understand it. All our deeds always contemplate to achieve the ultimate to experience the path of recognition and fame in our respective fields.

We at pinnacle of our achievements are perceived at definitive state of peace and happiness but ironically most of us passing through the acute pain and emotional disasters in this phase of life. Expectations are raised to never imagine heights and coming good on one trigger the struggle for another. At top we are alone, materialistic success regrettably enlarges our gaps in society. Another interesting and unsettling aspect is that we start to develop the tendency to ignore the ground realities as fame and success intoxicates our reasoning abilities.

The end of this cycle is devastatingly painful if we are not able to handle our success in a reasonable way. In this fall out the sufferers are many who get along with us in this ladder of success and glory. So getting at top is only the half battle won, sustaining there is the real challenge. The hard truth is that sometimes average achievement is more satisfying then to be at top.
