Some times glamour, money, emotions and other attractions press us to succumb to their influence and we struggle to over come them.
The best approach to achieve the Self-constraint is Self Talk. When we are consistently indulged in self-talk it facilitate us in questioning our act and omissions resulting in better control. Being a spectator observing others conduct is also an excellent mean to re- look in to our own reactions. We become wiser by learning from others mistakes. ReplyDeleteWonderful!!!!
ReplyDeleteGod has given man an amazing piece of organ-human mind, the behaviour pattern of which is still a mystery...psychology,philosophy,spiritualism,religion, these few tools available to man to study it,understand it and tame it have been extensively used since ages and the biggest dilemma is that we still look for the same answers which the Gita, Koran, Bible have tried to answer!!! Self constraint is the best form of meditation,a panacea for all the misery.
