Balancing Internality and externality

Internality is related to people having extra ordinary faith on their capabilities. They are the one who believe in themselves and take all good or bad in any outcome on their head. The self confidence is the significant and prominent trait in people high on the internality. They believe in execution with taking onus on personal accountability in all outcomes related to them. They are self driven and keep on looking to take lead for showing their competence to other. They are loner and find it difficult to get along in building the relations. People who are high on internality are bound to prone to frustrations and depression. They are over rational and for failure in life they take all the blame on them selves. So some times our strengths can hamper us to conduct our life in balanced manner.

Externality is visible when we associate our success or failure in life to factors which we believe are out of individual control. Our dependency on others is extremely high for all the ventures relevant to us. Circumstances, situations, luck and other individuals are integrated part to share the success and failures in our life. Our self confidence depends on factors extended to others. When we are high on externality it may project us looser or person low on confidence

For being more effective we must balance both externality and internality. Extreme of both is damaging. For balancing this trait the proven method is self introspection for all the out comes to reach to valid reasons. Even if we are master in all spheres the external factors play it role in our success and failure. Capabilities and competence is the prime factor to change the circumstances in our favour.
