Individuality The Prime Victim

We all exist in this world due to our Individuality and interestingly this aspect is ignored by us. All of us are unique and this distinctiveness of ours is always dear to us. Some times due to circumstances and misinterpretation of this aspect, we are not able to give the individuality its appropriate significance.

The gender bias is one of prime factor for compromising on our individuality. We tend to project our personality, which is overwhelmed by our gender then the individual as such. We are human beings first beneath our gender existence and this is profound belief we need to inculcate in our behavior. In relations we are always easily compromise on our personal exclusive character to build or hold on relations. What we are failed to appreciate that all the relations come later and our individuality is the foundation for our involvement in these affairs. The moment we start respecting the each other’s individuality the relations flourish. In working environment our individuality is precarious to ever growing influence of our superiors and to professional achievers. The prevailing culture also sway our identity to merge in surrounding bandwagon. Astoundingly invariably we pursue the lifestyle that is overpowered by situations then driven by our own distinctiveness.

So please hold on to your Individuality and more we hold on to it surely our effectiveness can reach to unimaginable heights. God has made us unique and if we keep on realizing this in our lifestyle we may able to contribute enormously to society and to our own satisfaction.
