Self Talk

The best companion of yours is you. The all unanswered questions can find the answers when we talk to ourselves. Self-talk is an excellent practice for self-introspection and to control our emotional outburst. We may not able to open our self even to a very close individual in life and there are situation when we reveal the twofold personality in society and relationships. In these circumstances self-talk can be an excellent ventilator for giving us some comfort.


Always initiate a discussion in your mind regarding any matter, which may be occupying your thoughts or actions. Start developing the habit of conducting the question and answer sessions in the self-talk on the any related topics and matter. The interesting aspect of the self-talk is that you are not able to maneuver or camouflage the realities. In this course we are able to develop the capacity to mend our behavior. All the upheaval to
Put right our thoughts and action is inside us only and it facilitates us to demonstrate the calm and mature face to the out side world.

Self-talk help us to reinforce our beliefs and value. We rarely find the true guide and mentor on whom we can rely for all the support at all times and self-talk is the option always available to us. So practice self-talk and involve in this overwhelmingly to take right decisions, for controlling emotions and last but not least with time getting clarity about the beliefs for which we are existing.

  1. I heard someone saying that "you are the best judge of your own abilities and capabilities". You will find in yourself the best answer to any problem. No one can help and understand and feel the trauma that you have within yourself for any trouble,

    I use self talk as tool to find answers to my all my dilemmas and quandaries.

  2. I fully agree with you. I also try to follow this practice, whenever I get upset. Other can help you to sort out the issues and problems but they can not understand our emotions and feelings at that particular time but ultimately we need to reach at peace level at our own.
